Yield: 4 servings

Secretly Low-Calorie PB2 Chocolate Nut Butter (3 ingredients)

Less than 30 calories per serving! Creamy, rich, and perfect as a spread, frosting, ganache, or frozen as ice cream! Only 3 ingredients!

Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp PB2
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (or chocolate powder)
  • 1 1/2 tsp zero calorie syrup*
  • water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, give the dry ingredients a good mix!
  2. Mix in your choice of sweetener (feel free to adjust based on personal preference!)
  3. Add water until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Have a spoonful straight out of the bowl, or enjoy frozen/as nice cream 🙂

Notes

*substitute the same amount for honey, maple syrup, agave, or half a banana!

    1. Hellooo! Serving sizes are underneath the *notes* section in the little box, but I know it can be hard to miss ❤️ (the recipe makes 4 servings, 2 tbsp each… the amount might differ based on how much water you add though!)

    1. Hi Catherine! I use Lakanto’s Maple Syrup, but I’ve seen some incredible zero calorie recipes online using xanthan gum 🙂
